Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
- Mix the protein powder, soy curd, a dash of water, baking powder and the spices.
- Mix in the oat flour
- The dough should be malleable and not too liquid
- Form rolls with wet hands and decorate with nuts or seeds
- Place in the oven for 25 minutes until the rolls are crispy brown.
Tip
You can easily make your own oatmeal by mixing oat flakes finely.
