1. minimum order value

We do not have a minimum order value in our shop.       

2. prices, shipping costs 

All prices are end consumer prices and include VAT.     

a) Bei einem Warenwert unter 50€ berechnen wir eine Versandkostenpauschale von 4,90€ innerhalb Deutschlands. Bei einem Warenwert unter 74,90€ berechnen wir eine Versandkostenpauschale von 6,90€ innerhalb von Österreich. Bei einem Warenwert unter 100CHF berechnen wir eine Versandkostenpauschale von 9,90CHF in die Schweiz.

b) Ab einem Warenwert von 50€ liefern wir innerhalb Deutschlands versandkostenfrei. Ab einem Warenwert von 74,90€ liefern wir innerhalb von Österreich versandkostenfrei. Ab einem Warenwert von 100CHF liefern wir in die Schweiz versandkostenfrei.

3. delivery

We deliver within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We also deliver to packing stations.

We deliver with DHL GoGreen. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days from receipt of payment. Within the other countries the delivery time can take 2-5 working days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail containing your consignment number and a link to the DHL tracking system (if available from DHL). Once your parcel has been handed over to DHL, we have no further influence on its progress.

4. payment

You have the choice of various payment options. Choose between credit card, Paypal, direct debit, invoice or instant bank transfer. The goods remain our property until full payment. For subscription orders, only the payment options credit card & Paypal are available.

5. return

For complaints and returns, please always state the reason for the return, the order number and the items to be returned. Please also state whether the products have already been opened or not. This helps us to process the process quickly and efficiently.

Only unopened products can be returned under our money-back guarantee. Please note that returns will only be accepted for undamaged, unopened products. We will cover the shipping costs for returns within Germany.
