Preparation
- Mix the cooked pumpkin with the vegetable milk and protein powder
- Add oat flakes and cocoa powder
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan oven
- Add a little baking powder and the maple syrup to the mixture and mix well
- Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes in a greased cake tin.
Tip
Decorate the individual pieces with soy yoghurt and blueberries as in the photo.
