Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Cut the top off the apple and remove the core generously.
- Next, mix together the oat flakes, protein powder, cinnamon and the mixture from the apple (except for the seeds and top).
- Add almond milk, mix and pour into the apple
- Close the apple with the lid and bake for 20-25 minutes
- For the cream: Mix the quark with water so that the quark becomes a little thinner.
- Mix with agave syrup and a little cinnamon and pour over the warm baked apple.
Tip
Top the finished baked apple with nuts or fruit!
