Ingredients for a recipe

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (hot air).
- Separate the three eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Beat the three egg yolks with 2-3 tablespoons of erythritol & stevia or other sweetener and 50ml of water until frothy.
- Add the protein, flour and baking powder and mix to a dough
- Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the batter
- Bake the base in a cake tin for approx. 25 minutes
- Allow the finished biscuit base to cool and then decorate with strawberries and cake glaze

Do not take frozen but fresh strawberries from the field
