Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
  • For the batter, mix together the peanut butter, oat flour, protein powder and maple syrup and add a dash of plant milk
  • Stir until a creamy substance is formed
  • Shape the dough into small balls and gently press them into the centre with the end of a wooden spoon.
  • Fill the resulting holes with jam 
  • Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes
  • For the topping, mix the oat flakes with the maple syrup and almond paste and crumble over the apple.
  • Bake the cake in the oven for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
