Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
- For the batter, mix together the peanut butter, oat flour, protein powder and maple syrup and add a dash of plant milk
- Stir until a creamy substance is formed
- Shape the dough into small balls and gently press them into the centre with the end of a wooden spoon.
- Fill the resulting holes with jam
- Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes
- For the topping, mix the oat flakes with the maple syrup and almond paste and crumble over the apple.
- Bake the cake in the oven for 25 minutes until lightly browned.

The biscuits taste best warm when they are fresh from the oven
