How do you prepare your Golden Milk?

To prepare the Golden Milk, mix one teaspoon (5g) of our spice blend with either one cup (150ml) of regular cow's milk or one cup of vegan oat, almond, soy or coconut milk. Your golden milk in 100% organic quality is ready.

Alternatively, you can stir the powder into your muesli/porridge or yoghurt. How often can I drink the golden milk? You can enjoy our golden milk as a morning coffee substitute or as an evening drink.

For ideal results, take the powder daily in the morning and evening.
