Dadurch kann sich das natürliche Geschmacksempfinden verändern – weniger süße, natürliche Lebensmittel werden dann oft als weniger attraktiv wahrgenommen. Aus unserer Sicht sollte Ernährung nicht darauf abzielen, Süße künstlich zu maximieren, sondern den Körper wieder an natürlichere Geschmäcker zu gewöhnen.
