To make a delicious matcha latte, you’ll need:

1. 2 g of our matcha powder (about one level teaspoon)
2. Hot water (about 70–80°C) – 50–70 ml
3. Milk or plant-based milk (e.g., oat, almond, or coconut milk) – 200–250 ml
4. Optional sweetener (e.g., honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup)

Preparation:
1. Whisk the matcha with a little hot water in a bowl or mug until there are no more lumps (preferably with a small whisk or a matcha whisk).
2. Heat the milk and froth it if desired (using a milk frother or in a saucepan).
3. Pour the matcha mixture into a cup, then add the frothed milk.
4. Sweeten to taste and stir well. Your delicious matcha latte is ready!

Matcha is sensitive to light, heat, moisture, and oxygen. To preserve its aroma, color, and freshness for as long as possible, follow these guidelines:

• Seal airtight: Close the container tightly immediately after each use.
• Store in a cool, dark place: Ideally in a cupboard or cool pantry, away from the stove, sun, and heat sources.
• Use dry utensils: Always use dry, clean spoons—moisture promotes clumping.
• Avoid odors: Matcha easily absorbs foreign odors—therefore, do not store it next to strong-smelling foods.
