Tips for using our Ginger Turmeric Shot
The Ginger Turmeric Shot is a concentrated superfood mix for drinking. You can either drink it pure as a shot (2cl) or enjoy it as a mixed drink with 250ml of water or juices instead. A total of 12 vitamin-rich ginger turmeric shots with a long shelf life are available per bottle. Orange juice or banana juice are excellent for mixing, as is water for tea. One bottle is sufficient for 12 shots or mixed drinks. Try drinking the ginger turmeric shot every morning to get your day off to the best possible start.

However, as the superfoods contained in ginger and turmeric grow in remote areas and are often too delicate to transport, direct consumption of these exotic vitamin bombs is often not possible or sustainable. The ginger turmeric shot from Fairnatural is made from water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric lucuma and the superfoods yakon, guarana, acai, maca, acerola and green tea extract. All these ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation and the Ginger Turmeric Shot is also 100% vegan! The ingredients ginger and turmeric in particular have long been known as essential support plants.

Ginger is a very popular household remedy. Ginger is best consumed in the form of our ginger turmeric shot and also chopped into small pieces in tea.
Turmeric
In addition to the ginger root, there is another golden yellow root that is full of power: the turmeric root. In addition to many vitamins such as potassium, calcium and B vitamins, turmeric contains the substance curcumin. Vitamin C through acerola
The superfood acerola in the ginger turmeric shot is also a great organic superfood thanks to the vitamin C contained in the superfood acerola and lemon. Acerola is a far more effective vitamin C bomb compared to the household remedy of lemon, as it contains around 1,700 milligrams of vitamin C per 100 grams. Lemon, on the other hand, only contains around 50mg of vitamin C per 100 grams.
