Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (hot air).
  • Separate the three eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Beat the three egg yolks with 2-3 tablespoons of erythritol & stevia or other sweetener and 50ml of water until frothy.
  • Add the protein, flour and baking powder and mix to a dough
  • Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the batter
  • Bake the base in a cake tin for approx. 25 minutes
  • Allow the finished biscuit base to cool and then decorate with strawberries and cake glaze

Tip

Do not take frozen but fresh strawberries from the field
