Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Cut the top off the apple and remove the core generously.
  • Next, mix together the oat flakes, protein powder, cinnamon and the mixture from the apple (except for the seeds and top).
  • Add almond milk, mix and pour into the apple
  • Close the apple with the lid and bake for 20-25 minutes
  • For the cream: Mix the quark with water so that the quark becomes a little thinner.
  • Mix with agave syrup and a little cinnamon and pour over the warm baked apple.

Tip

Top the finished baked apple with nuts or fruit!
