How do you prepare your Golden Milk?

To make golden milk, mix one teaspoon (5 g) of our spice blend with either a cup (150 ml) of regular cow’s milk or a cup of vegan oat, almond, soy, or coconut milk. Your golden milk—made with 100% high-quality organic ingredients—is ready to enjoy.

Alternatively, you can also stir the powder into your muesli, porridge, or yogurt. How often can I drink Golden Milk? You can enjoy our Golden Milk both as a morning coffee substitute and as an evening drink.
